Reset Your Dashboard Password
On the login page click “Forgot password,” enter your email, then follow the reset link sent to your inbox.
Enable NFC on Android
Go to Settings → Connected devices → NFC and toggle it ON. If you don’t see NFC, your phone may not support it.
Enable NFC on iPhone
For iPhone 7 and later, NFC is on by default. Just tap—there’s no manual toggle required.
Locate Your Phone’s NFC Antenna
Refer to your phone’s manual—iPhones use the top back, Android locations vary but are often center-back.
Update Your App to Latest Version
Visit Google Play or App Store, search “TinyDabba,” and tap “Update” to get the newest features and fixes.
Clear App Cache
In Android Settings → Apps → TinyDabba → Storage → Clear cache. On iOS, reinstall the app to clear cache.
Store your NFC card safely
Keep cards flat in a wallet or cardholder. Avoid magnets and extreme temperatures to prevent read errors.
Change your account email
Go to dashboard → Account Settings → Email, enter the new address, and confirm via the sent verification link.
View login activity
In dashboard → Security → Login History, see dates, times, and IP addresses of recent logins for your account.
